New Year, New Beginnings, New Blue Frontiers

Sometimes, all it takes is for your imagination to be captivated. It is only through bold audacious aims that we can bring about world changing solutions.

The oceans as solution space for human and ecological progress - 7 key factors

As part of Blue Frontiers’ commitment to transparency and trust, we are pleased to publicly share the Environmental Assessment Framework and Economic models and projections for the Floating Island Project in French Polynesia. These two documents were created as part of Blue Frontiers obligations under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of French Polynesia, which was signed in January of 2017.

Tahiti, the Location of the Floating Island Project.

In a place where happiness means navigating on a va´a, a traditional Polynesian canoe, where the sun shines so bright it makes waves look like swimming dolphins, and where people are named after nature, Blue Frontiers will build the Floating Island Project. Tahiti, a magical island in French Polynesia, in the midst of the Pacific Ocean, enchants each one of its visitors. It is within the peaceful waters and the windy airs of its sacred Southern lagoon that seasteading will no longer be an unreachable dream.
